We cannot recommend this business highly enough. The designer worked with us through many iterations until the design was spot on. The builders built the landscape in the most challenging of wet-weather conditions. Trevor has connections with many other businesses, so their services (e.g. fencing) were integrated seamlessly. Most significantly, when we accidentally pierced the drainage twice in the first few days, repairs were made quickly, calmly and cheerfully. You learn the most about people when things go wrong, not when they go right, and this episode allowed us to see Dimension Landscape's professionalism during what seemed to us like a crisis. Our project was a major redesign after our rebuild. We had kept some of the original plantings and trees. With Dimension we were able to work with their designer to achieve a low maintenance garden scape with irrigation and lovely courtyard with paving. Pete and his team were a pleasure to work with and kept us informed as we went along. They went the extra yard to obtain the plants and trees we wanted and more than happy to make a few design changes as we went along. We now have a lovely view from every window. Thanks guys.

Overall we are happy with the end product, though will need to wait some time for the garden to establish to be completely happy. I will say the process wasn’t as low stress as I’d hoped, which was probably mainly due floods causing some delivery delays and the pandemic making some design items unavailable.
We had some communication errors in the process but once identified they were rectified quickly. We also had a design vs reality error that was also rectified quickly.
We were given a garden care handbook at completion which has been very helpful.
The team was professional and very patient and we’d recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with the paving around the garden beds and the laying of the crushed granite where the grass was. Everything looks great and the new plants are coming on nicely. All in all a very good job and I'm very happy with the outcome.
